FULL SATISFACTION WARRANTY
Within 30 days of your purchase:

1 - If you are not satisfied we will refund all that you have paid with other products of your choice from this website.
If, for any reason, after acquiring one of our products you are not satisfied, we will send you by e-mail, and for no charge, any other product of your choice from this website, of a similar price or up to 10% more.

2 - If you are satisfied and you want to upgrade your Business Plan to a higher level we will discount what you have already paid.
If after having purchased one of our Business Plans you wish to purchase another at a higher level, we will discount what you paid for the first product from the purchase price of the second one.

3 - Full availability warranty:
If, for any reason, after having purchased one of our products, you cannot get it (due to error in use, loss or any other cause), we will send it to you again by e-mail within 48 hours.

4 – Easy and fast resolution:
To take advantage of the warranty you simply send an e-mail to totalwarranty@e.ditor.com specifying: (1) The product (2) The order number (3) The date of purchase, and (4) Details of your preferred solution (re-sending, discount, or products without charge).

Conditions for the application of the warranty:
This warranty applies to all clients who have purchased and paid for the products in question within 30 days after the purchase date indicated in the invoice. To take advantage of this warranty you must send an e-mail to totalwarranty@e.ditor.com and include the requested information (name of product purchased, order number, date of purchase, preferred solution). In the event that all the information is not provided, the warranty shall not be applicable. Products requested to be sent by e-mail in application of the warranty shall only be sent to the original buyer's email. Since all our products are downloaded and can therefore be freely copied and manipulated, in no event shall a monetary refund be made.
