E.DITOR solely disseminates and sells ideas, concepts, models, texts and “know-how” in general. For the purposes of sending and transmitting to customers it uses software, the legitimate property of third parties, for which it holds the relevant licenses. The end-user is responsible for holding the respective legitimate user licenses for said software and E.DITOR encourages its use. Under no circumstances does E.DITOR sell or trade said software, nor with any other element of general content use or annex to said software, nor does the selling price of its products include, consider or can be considered to include any type of license of cession of use of said software or added elements. |

E.DITOR guarantees the legitimacy of the sources used in the development of their products and services. Nonetheless and given that the products and services often come from suppliers outside of E.DITOR, should you be aware that they have infringed on intellectual property rights we ask that you notify us immediately at infoservice@e.ditor.com in order to proceed with the cancellation of access to this data and take the appropriate legal measures. In your communication you should supply the following information: 1- Unequivocal declaration with a physical or digital signature stating that you are the holder of the rights or have authorization from the titleholder to act on his behalf. 2- The title or accreditation of the representation of the aforementioned rights. 3- A detailed description of the work and of the rights that you deem to have been infringed. 4- This communication should be sent to infoservice@e.ditor.com. E.DITOR shall take action against any non-compliance with the general and specific terms of service, as well as against any other improper use of the protected industrial or intellectual property. |

| The CLIENT may not claim liability for any damage or loss derived from errors and/or the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the information supplied by E.DITOR as long as they have made the greatest effort to make sure that the information supplied is correct and reliable, which is not always possible: a) Given the large amount of products and services with which E.DITOR works in gathering information; b) Because the products and services come from sources over which E.DITOR does not always have control and whose verification is not always possible; c) Because of the possibility of error; E.DITOR does not guarantee the correctness of the information supplied nor responds to possible errors or omissions. E.DITOR is not liable for damages that may occur from improper operation of the Website due to external technical reasons, such as any item of hardware required for the Website to function or to establish a connection, expressly excluding any liability in the event of the poor functioning of the telephone network operation. E.DITOR does not guarantee the marketability and suitability of the contents of its Website (products and services) for any specific purpose. The liability of E.DITOR regarding damages caused from gross negligence, including compensation for damages and loss and payment of interest in the event of non-compliance, shall not exceed by express agreement of the parties, the total of the sums paid by the CLIENT to E.DITOR for the commercial transaction in which it occurred. |
