Terms of purchase of the products

E.Ditor Consulting, hereafter E.DITOR, is the creator and owner of the web pages included in the site www.plannegocios.com (hereafter the Website), developed from software, design and contents, together with other proprietary including data sourced from reputable suppliers and offers a wide variety of products and services to a great extent related to said data. This Agreement governs the provision and supply to the CLIENT, via the Internet telecommunications network, of the products by E.DITOR. The products are those that may be consulted using E.DITOR’s Website information system and in the price lists contained there, with this company reserving the right to modify and revise the said prices and products. |

When confirming a purchase order of the products in the Website, the CUSTOMER assumes the acceptance of these Terms of Purchase and the General Terms of Service included in the Website and that are completed at the time of purchase.
The onscreen presentation of products does not itself constitute an offer of sale from a contractual point of view, but is rather a mere showcase of the products available on the Website.

| Price |

The price of the products included in the Website shall be as established for each item and be applicable at all times, and are available via the Website of E.DITOR , shown in the additional product information. The said company reserves the right to modify the said prices at any time, with the said modification being applicable for all parties upon incorporation in the aforementioned Website. |
| Delivery |

|
Delivery of the acquired products shall occur immediately following their payment and from the Website itself.
In addition, an email shall be sent to the CLIENT notifying him of a website where the acquired products shall be available for download when desired for the duration of a minimum period of 48 hours.
E.DITOR reserves the right to modify the period of availability, extending it when technically possible, without prior notice.

| Warranty |

In the event that the acquired product cannot be downloaded or is technically defective making its reading and use impossible, the CLIENT should contact the Client Service Department (clientservice@e.ditor.com) of E.DITOR within 15 days to request a copy of these products. E.DITOR shall supply a copy of said products as long as the claim is made within these 15 days.
In the event of loss or corruption of the files acquired and paid for on the Website, E.DITOR shall supply the CLIENT with a new copy for up to a maximum of three times as long as the product purchased by the customer is valid, providing it has not been discontinued at the time the request is made. For this to be possible, the CLIENT must contact the Client Service Department and supply the information required about the product as well as verification that it was purchased from the E.DITOR Website.

| Billing and method of payment |

|
The CLIENT shall make payment for the products using the payment gateway enabled by E.DITOR and managed by a specialized organisation. Payment is made over a secure server. At the time of payment, E.DITOR generates the corresponding invoice and sends it to the e-mail address indicated by the CLIENT. For security reasons E.DITOR does not store any type of payment data, with the entire payment process remaining under the responsibility of the organisation. E.DITOR only receives from the said organisation the authorization code or the cause of the transaction failure (card declined, expired, etc.). |
| Jurisdiction |

|
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which E.DITOR is registered and the parties agree to submit all disputes arising from it to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city where the headquarters of E.DITOR is located, to the exclusion of any other general or special tribunal that may apply. |
